四种探针按 source_kind 分发：mp4/m3u8 用 probe（同步 HTTP 探活）；
magnet 用 enrich（纯字符串解析，零网络）+ bt-probe（异步拉
qBittorrent metadata + 文件树）；webpage 用 extract（异步 yt-dlp 抽候选）。
extracting / bt_probing 状态会自动每 5 秒轮询刷新；
promote 仍是把资源推进 PotPlayer 列表的唯一入口。
